Vendor Presentations

The fee for a Vendor Presentation is $500   

There are limited opportunities for vendors to make a 15-minute presentation during the educational program on Monday and Tuesday.

***Vendor presentations must be pre-approved by our Vendor Committee***

Once approved, your $500 fee will be charged with your registration.

To register as a Vendor Presenter, we will need to following information to be included in your vendor registration.

    • Company name
    • Speaker's name, contact phone number and position/title in the company
    • Title of presentation
    • Brief abstract of presentation

To register as a vendor presenter, answer the appropirate questions on your vendor registration form.

Cash door prize drawings are scheduled prior to vendor presentations throughout the educational program to draw in attendees.

Winners must be present to win.
